The aim of this research is to obtain instructional apparatus with PowerPoint media material of cube and beam in class IV good and describe the effectiveness of learning. The tools developed include Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Student Worksheet (LKS), Media Powerpoint and Learning Results Test (THB).

The model of learning device development used refers to the modified Thiagarajan 4D model. The subjects consisted of grade IV students. Techniques of data collection development and analysis focused on aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. To see the effectiveness of learning, the focus of data collection and analysis lies in student activities, the ability of teachers to manage learning, student responses to learning, and mastery of learning outcomes

The results of the research in the form of RPP is good and can be used with a little revision, LKS feasible to use with a little revision, THB is good and can be used with a little revision, powerpoint media is good and can be used with little revision, the ability of teachers to manage learning is in good category 4), student activity on every aspect in RPP is in good category (4), student response questionnaire states that 98% give positive response, student learning result data obtained coefficient validity 1 (very high), reliability coefficient 0,846 (very high) High sensitivity so it is said to be valid, reliable, and sensitive.
