Abstract

The conditional autoregressive model has developed fast last decade. One of the advantages is because the model can be applied to accommodate a spatial effect which becomes a common issue recently. In this paper, we will focus on a specific model of conditional autoregressive, i.e  intrinsic conditional autoregressive model (ICAR). The special model, ICAR will be applied to regression model for handling binomial data in the response variable. We will be discussed the performance of the model by offering the inference how to estimate the parameters. Moreover, some simulation studies will discussed in this paper as well
