Abstract

The objective of this study is produce valid, practical, and effective physics learnig material of guided inquiry model in order to improve learning outcomes of senior high school student. The learning material were developed based on kemp. The instrument was tested to elevent grade student of SMAN 4 Pamekasan in second semester of 2016/2017 School year With Pre-eksperimental One-Grop Pretet-Posstest Design. Data of the study collected through observation, test and questioner. The study found: (1) Learning instrument that Revised is valid. (2) The Practically level of learning instrument based on the practicability of lesson plan is in good category and fulfil the syntax of guided inquiry model. (3) Effectivennes of the instrument viewed from: (a) Improvement of students' concept of understanding ability is seen from N-gain with high category that is 0,81; (b) positive student’s response in learning instrument and learning activity 96%  responded positively and 4%  negative. Based on the findings in this study, it was councluded that students learning outcomes showed by the students comprehensiveness of the concept, psychomotor skill, and character, which are desciplene and responsible, after using the learning instrument which developed by the guided inquiry model of Dynamic fluid learning material is increasing.
