Data collection using test method, observation and questionnaire. Data analysis with paired sample t-test and N-Gain normalized. Hypothesis test result from pretest and posttest result obtained P-value from paired t-test that is Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 less than 0.05. The result of this research is supported by the improvement of students' science process skill seen from N-Gain with high category that is 0.76. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted at 95% confidence level, it shows that there is significant influence between pretest and posttest score.
