Abstract
Abstract: The effectiveness of textbooks based on campus bowling-type active learning strategies and provides additional differences in the use of textbooks for teachers and students. The process of learning in the classroom using conventional materials causes students less active in the learning process so that less effective. Therefore, I found a solution to solve the problem that is by way of a campus-based bowling textbook. However, in the effectiveness of textbooks should be measured the successful application of textbooks obtained from student learning outcomes and student responses. Both foundations are the success or failure of textbooks or learning done to students during the learning takes place. Learning outcomes are where the results after conducting the test with campus bowling type active learning is intended here the score of students who show the level of student success in achieving KKM scores, while for the students response is a reaction or response of students who describe the assessment of the implementation of textbook development based on campus bowling used in research. In this study, the limited test subjects are students of class V SD as many as 10 students who are given tests and questionnaire responses students when learning is done in the classroom.
