Abstract
Learning model of quantum is one model of learning known as syntax TANDUR, namely: Grow, Natural, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, and Celebrate. Where a model of quantum provides an opportunity for students to engage actively and creatively in the learning process, interacting both to the material, friends, and teachers. Therefore, the development model student activity sheet is following syntax Susana TANDUR makes learning more fun.
This study aims to produce products such as Student Activity Sheet and related devices such as Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), and Critical Thinking Skills Test Sheet-based quantum teaching to enhance students' critical thinking skills of the fourth grade at the elementary school science materials on the properties of light. The method used is the method of development. This refers to the development of research development model 4-D by Thiagarajan, but only up to three stages comprising: step (1) definition, (2) design, (3) development. The third stage can be shown in Figure 1.

The design of trials using the One Group Pre-Test Post-TestDesign.The instrument used in this study is a test sheet and questionnaire sheet. The results showed that the BLMquantum-based of effective uselearning, to effectively meet the criteria, based on tests of critical thinking skills. As seen in Table 1.

it can be seen that the increase in test scores of student learning outcomes are categorized as high gain with an average N-gain 0.72. The number of students withcriteria N high-Gain as much as 5 students (50%) and the number of students withcriteria N-Gain were as many as five students (50%). These results can be concluded that the Student Activity Sheet developed effectively applied to learning. Students' response to learning by using Student Activity Sheet quantum-basedteaching to improve critical thinking skills in every aspect showed that ≥70% of students responded with a positive category. The conclusion from these results that the Student Activity Sheet developed effectively applied to the learning activities.
