Critical thinking is one of the important skill in 21st century. There were several previous research using Problem Based Learning to enhance stundent critical thinking ability but it did not show siginificance result. This research was aimed to know how the combination of Problem Based Learning and Problem Posing Within Solution enhance student critical thinking ability. This research was experimental research with pretest and postest control group design. There were 80 students from two class in one of senior high school in West Nusa Tenggara who involved in this research. Student critical thinking ability was measured by pretest and postest. The result show that there are significance diffrence of student critical thinking ability who learn using Problem Based Learning and who learn using the combination of Problem Based Learning and Problem Posing Within Solution.
