The study conduct on the experience of one student total blind male. The student has great ambition to get understanding science concept, but with little support in reguler classroom. The results the student with total blind need adapted instruction and environment accomodation in classroom for better science education learning. The student need instruction with braille code, audio, and more tactual, also technical skill to structure practical work. The conclusion was hands on to measure experience 5 mL water to pour into the adapted cylinder with braille insturtion, and to teach scientific skill to lay students with total blind fully participate in practical work.
