Designing Prototype of KKNI Based Assessment of Course Evaluation Process and Learning Outcomes

Abstract


The course of process evaluation and learning outcomes have used mandatory learning resources in the form of guided invoices based on valid discovery and has been in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students, but the assessment used to measure the ability of students in accordance with the demands of assessment based on the Indonesian National Qualifiers Framework (KKNI) has not been tested feasibility. After the definition stage is the stage of curriculum analysis, it is known that the need for an assessment based on KKNI in accordance with lecture activities using guided discovery-based handout. This research is the second stage of development research (Plomp models) that is prototyping stage which is limited in the design stage. The purpose of this research is to design prototype of KKNI-based assessment on lecturing process evaluation and learning outcomes. The KKNI-based assessment is designed to include an assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills equipped with an assessment grid. Grades of attitude assessment include identity, learning achievement of study program, achievement of subject learning, indicator (appreciate, cooperation, responsibility, and communication), descriptor (description of each indicator attitude), score acquisition (scale 4) and description. The grid of knowledge assessment includes the identity, the achievement of the course, the learning achievement (one learning achievement consists of several indicators about), the problem indicator, the problem number and the level of the question.Table 1.
