The quality of learning activities is influenced by the right learning model to improve student creativity. This research purposes to get information about the level of creativity and the interaction between the use of creative responsibility based learning models on the level of creativity students in basic design subject at SMK Negeri 3 Blitar. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Blitar in 2018/2019. As for the subjects of the research were class X students in fashion. The data collection technique uses test with data collection instruments in the form of creativity test instruments. The results of this research indicate that there is an increase in student creativity in basic design subjects and there is a significant interaction between the use of creative resposibility based learning models on the level of creativity students.
