Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of learning models of search, solve, create, and share (SSCS) can improve students' quantitative mathematical reasoning. In this study, the type of research used was one group pretest-posttest design. The research subject was 35 students of VIIIB in SMPN 1 Laren, Kabupaten Lamongan. Based on the results of this study, it was found that students' mathematical quantitative reasoning were increased by using learning models of search, solve, create, and share (SSCS). This research is expected to provide new experiences and insights in teaching mathematics to students.
