Abstract

This aims to produce a Jigsaw-modification learning model integrated with ARCS motivation (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction) that are valid, practical, and effective with a supported learning tools. This research is a 4-D (Four-D Models) development model and experimental design of The One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The preparatory activities were carried out at the Postgraduate, UNESA while the trials for class X MIA-1 students were held at Senior High School 1 Madiun in January 2019 until March 2019. The validity of the model and learning device based on the results of the validation of the learning model has a mode of 3 with valid categories and the learning device has a mode of 4 with a very valid category. The practicality of the model and learning tools in terms of classical implementation is 3.95 with very good categories and each activity is 89%. The effectiveness of the model and learning device is based on the completeness of 100% learning outcomes with a high gain score category and student responses of 96.3%.
