In this research AuNP has been synthesized which is reduced and functionalized with L-arginine amino acid and studied its chemical characteristics and physics. Variation of L-arginine concentration was studied to obtain monodispersed NPAu. Stages of the research methods, including: 1) the synthesis AuNP through the reduction reaction of Au(III) and surface functionalization of AuNP with the L-arginine amino acid, 2) characterization of the physical and chemical properties NPAu synthesized by UV-vis, TEM and TGA.
