Abstract


At present, the impact of the 2019 Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic is starting to spread to the world of education. One of the locking or quarantine policies carried out to reduce the interaction of many people who can provide access to the spread of Covid-19. This descriptive research aims to describe the implementation of online learning for the development of interactive media-based devices during the COVID-19 epidemic and student responses to the application of the learning. The participants of this study were bachelor students of Natural Sciences who programmed instructional media in the Even period of 2019/2020. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire and rubric of learning media assessment. The kind of quasi-quantitative research data analysis using NVivo 12 software. The results of research studies indicate the use of media in the field with constraints that can be overcome, and the majority of students respond positively to the learning carried out. The conclusion from the implementation of online learning for the development of interactive media based on devices when the COVID pandemic 19 can be implemented with the tendency of participants to respond positively to learning. The implications of this research are: First, studies on the current government are intensively discussing distance learning. Second, this research is in line with the government, which considers new normal exploration by using online media in learning.
