There are four criteria used in this study, namely accessibility, distance, population  density and capacity. After calculation by the FAHP-TOPSIS method, the selected alternative locations were gubeng sub-district with a weight obtained of 0,9723, sukomanunggal sub-district with a weight of 0,5815, bubutan sub-district with a weight of 0,5669, mulyorejo sub-district with a weight of 0,4096, anf wonokromo sub-district with a weight of 0,3612.
