Abstract


Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) became a worldwide epidemic and was designated by WHO as a global pandemic on Thursday, March 12, 2020. This condition made the president establish the emergency status of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The Minister of Education and Culture requires schools and campuses to organize learning online. This condition was responded by the Chancellor of Surabaya State University by issuing a Rector's circular number B / 15254 / UN38 / TU.00.02 / 2020 concerning the Prevention of Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) at the Surabaya State University (Unesa). In the middle of even-semester of academic year 2019/2020 learning process in Unesa is shifted from offline to online through various platforms including Vinesa, Whatsapp Group, Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, and others.

This research was conducted by raising the topic of intuitionistic fuzzy topsis on decision support systems. This intuitionistic fuzzy topsis will arrange a conclusion that is used to facilitate lecturers in choosing the best learning platform in accordance with established criteria. The study was conducted by taking data through a questionnaire for students majoring in Mathematics Unesa 2017, 2018, 2019. The questionnaire contains respondents' responses about the Vinesa platform, Whatsapp Group, Google Classroom, Zoom, and Google Meet in accordance with the questions. From the results of the questionnaire, the evaluation was processed using the intuitionistic fuzzy topsis method so that the ranking of the platform for brave learning was obtained based on established criteria
