E-ASSESSMENT DESIGN AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON PHYSICS LEARNING IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
E-assessment is a form of assessment which evaluates student’s learning process using computer technology. This form of assessment is very effective and efficient in the process of collecting and processing information to determine student’s learning results. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design e-assessment using moodle software which accessed online and implemented in the process of physics student’s learning assessment. Development of e-assessment conducted through four stages namely define, design, develop, and evaluate which then used in the assessment of student learning result. The results showed that the e-assessment model simplifies the assessment process and made it more effective and efficient. In addition, students can learn directly the results of their learning and trained to be objective, and accurate during the assessment process.
