This study aims to determine the feasibility of instruments test that using in Level of Inquiry: Real World Application Learning. The Instrument construct by 20 multiple- choice test to asses student mastery in Optical concept, while creative thinking skills conducted by essay test questions amounted to 5 items. Prior to use, the instruments are tested for their validity, reliability, level of difficulty and item discrimination. Data were gathered on 35 science program of student high school in Karawang region.The analytical techniques used in this research are ITEMAN programe to analyze development instrument test and ANATES programe for creative thinking test. The results show that the instrument test of creative thinking skills and mastery concept tests are worthy of being used as research instruments.
