Pekalongan Ethnomatics: Exploration of Geometry For Primary School On Pekalongan Batik

Abstract
This study aims to find, dig, and describe etnomatematics in which the technique of data collection by doing observation, literature study, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Based on data collection, there are several types of batik motifs that can be used as a concept of geometry in primary schools, namely jamplrang motifs, liong motifs, and cement motifs. Geometry concept in Pekalongan batik is curved line, straight line, curved line, point concept, zig-zag line, line height, parallel line, triangle, rectangular angle, circle, oval, and fold symmetry. Thus, Pekalongan batik motifs that have the concept of geometry in elementary schools, of course can be used in learning such as the introduction of angles, the introduction of a simple flat wake, and the introduction of the line.
